Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using our consultation services operated by Common Client Mistakes During Consultations ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Services Description

We provide professional consultation services focused on identifying and addressing common client mistakes during consultations. Our services include but are not limited to diagnostic consultations, communication workshops, implementation coaching, and expectation management training.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

When booking a consultation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary, with reasonable notice provided to clients.

2.1 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.

2.2 No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equal to the full consultation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the termination of our professional relationship.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

3.1 Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time. Any fee changes will be communicated to clients in advance and will not affect pre-paid services.

3.2 Invoicing

For ongoing services, invoices will be issued on a monthly basis. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees.
